[Original article | April nine, five:30 PM] – Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi Note 10 serial in India before last month. The Redmi Note x series brought a ton of upgrades over its predecessors, including a loftier-end 120Hz Super AMOLED display to Pro and Pro Max variants. Now, as you lot can see, near of the users are facing touch on responsiveness issues. This means that when the users start typing on their devices, the cursor is going haywire without any bear upon input. Some users even report slowdown and unresponsiveness issues from time to time.

Replacement Didn't Work Either!

One user stated that his friend faced similar problems with his new Redmi Note 10 and got a replacement device. However, he allegedly faced the aforementioned problems on the replacement device. He so took information technology to an authorized service center where the technicians told him that this is not a hardware consequence. As a result, they told him to wait for a software update earlier replacing the device.

Redmi Annotation 10 Pro/ Pro Max Screen Flickering Consequence

Apart from the bear on responsiveness issues, many users are also facing issues relating to screen flickering. Equally per the user reports, the screens of the college-finish Redmi Notation ten Pro and Annotation 10 Pro Max devices are flickering for no apparent reason. Moreover, the flickering is reportedly is more noticeable in nighttime way.

Further, ane user states that he faced the screen flickering issue only when the 120Hz refresh charge per unit is enabled. The screen works perfectly fine at a 60Hz refresh charge per unit, which is disappointing.

@geekyranjit @Dhananjay_Tech I started using redmi note 10 pro today and I noticed minor screen flickering issues when on 120Hz just the same is not on 60Hz, are y'all facing the same or is it just me ? Besides is information technology software or a hardware issue ?

Now, although Xiaomi has replied to some of the users lament about the issues, the company has non released whatever official statement yet.

In an official argument received past Beebom, a Mi Republic of india spokesperson said –

"We are aware of the issues that a few users are facing on Redmi Notation 10 Pro. These bug have been reported by less than 0.001% of Note 10 series user base of operations. Nosotros are working to observe a solution at the earliest. Every bit a committed brand, our endeavor is to go on delivering on our consumer expectations."

"Our devices go through rigorous tests with a 10-point quality check, to ensure that we meet the highest quality standards. We are looking into the affair on top priority and regret the inconvenience caused to our consumers," they added.

And so yeah, Xiaomi is enlightened of the display touch issues and working on a solution. You may see the company roll out an update to prepare the issue over the coming weeks.
